Safe removal of an old glued-on mirror plus wall patch and skim — add this if your old mirror is glued to the wall.
Hang a new interior door slab in your existing frame. Labor includes shims, nails & caulk.
Door slab, paint, and trim are not included. Replacing the frame or installing a pre-hung unit is a bigger job — quoted after an on-site look (labor plus the door unit).
Fix a sticking or misaligned door — plane, shim, and adjust hinges/strike so it closes cleanly. No door removal or rehang.

Drywall repairs are the exception: patch tiers are flat prices that include patch materials, texture match, and paint match. Ceiling and water-damage patches require the leak fixed and the area verified dry before repair is scheduled. Sheet replacement and full-room re-texture are quoted after an on-site look.
