Drywall repairs are the exception: each tier is a flat price that includes patch materials, texture match, primer, and paint blend. Ceiling and water-damage patches require the leak fixed and the area verified dry before repair is scheduled. Full-room re-texture does not include repaint — repainting is quoted separately.
